Daleen Elshaer is the owner of DermaGlow Medspa, lead medical aesthetician, & cosmetic laser technician. She holds a biology degree from George Mason University and has studied aesthetics at the Graham Webb Academy. She further advanced her expertise by becoming a certified medical aesthetician and cosmetic laser technician at the National Laser Institute. Daleen combines her expertise in medical aesthetics with a passion for helping clients achieve their best skin. She specializes in non-invasive treatments such as laser therapy and customized skincare regimens, all delivered in a luxurious and welcoming environment. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of aesthetic advancements ensures that her clients receive the highest quality care and the latest in beauty innovations.

Medical Aesthetician & Lead Laser Technician
Janie is a licensed medical aesthetician & certified laser technician who graduated from Dermal Science International in 2018 & has been practicing for many years. She has experience working with state of the art laser, body contouring & facial treatments. Janie is passionate about delivering safe exceptional care and results for every client. She is a true professional and carries that into the treatment room. Janie enjoys building genuine relationships with her clients, making you feel like you’re meeting up with one of your girlfriends to chat about life while getting pampered. Janie stays just as busy on her down time. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going on spontaneous adventures with them. She enjoys activities such as trying out new restaurants, paddle boarding & going to the beach (always wearing spf of course) & taking time for her own self care.

Jessica is a Master Aesthetician who brings 22 years of experience to the team, She decided to pursue a career in Aesthetics when she struggled with her own skin issues such as acne She graduated from Yvonne de villar in 2002. While she was in school she discovered her passion in skincare. After she worked on her skin regimen and started seeing the results on her acne. She wanted to help others to achieve results. In 2011 she completed her education as a Laser technician at The International Dermal Institute. She holds many certificates for skin analysis, medical grade peels, Lymphatic massage body contouring treatments, Microneedling and Dermaplaning. In 2022 she was trained to perform advanced treatment such Morpheus 8, EvolveX Transform Body Contouring, Laser Co2, BBl, Moxi, and more.
